Through social listening, our adoptable pets were able to reach out to our audience during these "trying times" when they needed them most and show the value of a cute face and a supportive friend.
With this campaign, we saw engagement from over 92% of the posts sent out to our new audience while displaying the most important benefit of Petfinder, finding a forever friend.
